Firefox: multiple profiles / bookmarks

Ok. I was in the middle of writing this post when I spotted the news on the Chrono Trigger remake. Got majorly sidetracked of course. Random useless info forthcoming. Hope it's useful to someone at least.

Where are your bookmarks in Firefox 3
For those who 1) use Firefox and 2) reformat their PC on a regular basis, then you're probably used to backing up your bookmarks by backing up the bookmarks.html from your Firefox profiles folder. Now for those who already upgraded to Firefox 3, it actually handles bookmarks differently than the previous versions. Bookmarks are now stored in the places.sqlite file found on the same folder as bookmarks.html.

I did not know this when I reformatted my PC a month ago. It's a good thing I tend to backup the entire profiles folder. Once I have the fresh install though I tend to only copy back my bookmarks.html file, so I spent a good 10-20 minutes being annoyed when no matter what I did, Firefox wouldn't update my bookmarks when the correct bookmarks.html was already copied into the profiles folder.

So yes, remember kids, places.sqlite has your bookmarks now. If you want to set up Firefox so that it updates both the sql db and the bookmarks.html file, you can learn how to do so here.

How to open multiple profiles in Firefox at the same time
Debi and Em have asked me about this before, but it's always when they're over at my place and always in passing. I use 5 profiles for Firefox, each designated for a particular task. One is for normal use, one is for handling downloads, another for surfing art sites, etc.etc. I just find it much easier to handle tabs and bookmarks this way.

Now Firefox normally doesn't give you the option to open two profiles at the same time, but you can override this by using the firefox -no-remote -ProfileManager string on the command line. This will pop up the profile manager for Firefox, and let you open another profile while a current one is still running.

You can also update the Target field on a shortcut icon on your desktop/quick launch with the same command so that it pops up the profile manager without you having to go to the command line.

Like so:

ETA: BTW, if you're not using Firefox... WHY NOT?! D:

My cat thinks my toe is a chew toy.

1. E-mail address. Recently moved webhosts and I've not gotten around to setting up certain e-mail addresses. So for the meantime, I've reactivated my livejournal address (and it's been spam free so far, so I'll probably keep it activated) so people no longer have to wonder which email address I'm currently using.

2. Tokyo Game Show 2006. Ganked from [info]maiki. [Some of the rumored PS3 game titles set to show at this year's TGS.] A sequel to Shadow of the Colossus. SO THERE. And, and Fatal Frame 4. May dalawang magkapatid na lalaki. The end. *is killed by [info]embai, [info]bathala, [info]kitsune_jade and [info]cugami* Okay, I understand nobody will get that unless 1) You speak Tagalog and 2) You know what my UBERDETAILEDFAILPROOFPLOT for Fatal Frame 3 was when we were discussing possible sequels after we played FF2. Since MY STORY DID NOT HAPPEN in FF3, I give it another chance! Srsly.

I am not translating that, because I do not need to prove further to my flist what a perverted dork I am.

Also included in the rumor mill is Kingdom Hearts 3. Note that none of these have been confirmed, but the possibility of a Colossus sequel ♥! And yaoicesty pr0n goodness Fatal Frame 4! And Silent Hill 5! And who would not die for new footage of Assassin's Creed and DMC4. Here's to hoping that there is new footage/trailers.

3. Bastardisation of the English language, ie. internet lingo. I have seen the term 'Srsly' used for a long time now, and for some reason, I always used to read this as 'surely' until I realized just a month or so ago that hoh look, there's a stray S in the middle. So I have obviously been reading this all wrong, and while I never really knew what it was supposed to mean, I just assumed that it meant 'seriously', because I am a genius mofo like that. I saw it again while browsing my flist earlier and decided I should not count on my genius deductions and look it up, or more to the point, to find out where the hell it came from. So in case you are like me and did not know what the term 'Srsly' meant until a few minutes ago, here's a link to Encyclopedia Dramatica's enlightening entry to the term. [SRSLY].

my prince sounds like a squealing hamster

(I should really remember to go back and change my voice set next time I'm at HQ.)

♠ I did a search in google for my name to see what incriminating things people would stumble upon if they ever decided to search for it, and I happened upon really old ML archives, like the Pinoy Otaku Fanfiction Mailing List. Aaah! Those were the days. It was amusing to read posts from people I did not know back then and whom I've now known for years. [info]kitsune_jade [info]cugami (oh back in the days when you were using michiru) [info]balatstar [info]slaves [info]team7 [info]charlesatan, and a lot of other people that I'm no longer in touch with. This archive dates all the way back to 2000! It's almost embarassing to read. :D Man, I don't even want to dig through the POML or the PYML, I bet it'd be even more embarassing.

♠ Anyway, back to my initial dilemma that led me to this abomination of the past. I promised a cousin I'd share a bunch of stuff with him, except it's a bit too big to send via email, so I need to upload it to the web. I don't particularly want my cousin to trace my activities online (he knows I like yaoi, but he's younger than me and I'm trying to be a proper older cousin here that's trying very hard to keep from corrupting her younger cousin. He's asked me a number of times to see my yaoi manga, and I'm like just.. NO. My field of corruption has its limits.)

Back to the point, would anyone know of a free redirect service that hides even the URL while you're downloading stuff? It would be kind of useless for me to mask my main URL, when he'd find out my domain anyway once he downloads the files. I realize I'm being overly cautious, but well, I do like to keep some things in my life separate, this being one of them.

♠ So I finally got around to watching Advent Children, because I really needed HDD space. The moment I fangirled over the most? When Marlene hides under Vincent's cape. So cute. :D It's really just one huge, very pretty "canon fanfic" (gotta love how SquareEnix forces oxymorons on you), isn't it? Also watched the movies AonE released from the Dirge of Cerberus game. It was fun enough to watch, but I ask, wtf is up with that last scene after the credits with Gackt? =///// *is so disturbed!*

♠ Finished Suikoden V a few days ago. As luck would have it, my tv's picture tube gave out just as I was in the final dungeon. So I had to move rooms just to finish the game. I pretty much rushed through the last leg without bothering to level/fix equipment, since I just wanted to see the ending. The last dungeon was a bit of a pain to get through because of it, but at least I finished it. XD Though now without my tv, my gaming hours have been cut back considerably. Redoing the last leg to level characters up some more (I haven't played with everyone yet!), and to make more potch for new game+.

minor ending spoilers )

Link grabbed from [info]yukihyou. Most awesome thing ever.

Gaming at a whole new level. Laughed so hard. <3

ETA: Why do I keep seeing KH2 posts on my friends list and no SuikoV? My flist fails me. ;___;

I have no appropriate subject for sheer randomness

1. Would anyone happen to know how to fix your styles so that when looking at your tags list it doesn't use this fugly style? It seems this should be automatic with S2 styles, but I edited my S2 style layers before the tags were put into place, maybe I just have to redo everything.

2. So after two months of not really watching anything, have decided to slowly catch up with old series' I'm behind in. Watched until episode 20 of Honey and Clover and upto 18 of Eyeshield 21 (though I skipped a few eps in ES21, I did catch up with the manga). I don't want to watch anymore HnC until the last 2 episodes are out and subbed. BTW, can anyone tell me whether the HachiKuro manga is finished at 8 volumes or whether it's still ongoing?

I might decide to finish watching FMA once and for all, since someone has been nagging me to finish watching it and I don't really have a lot of space left on my HD to be going on a download spree. I need to buy a dvd-writer so bad. >.> Extreme download spree once I get one! <3 (My priorities of things I should buy keep changing.)

3. I started re-playing FF7 a week or two ago, then I abandoned it to finish Shadow Hearts: Covenant and now that I was going to play FF7 again the disc hangs before the game even loads... Someone up there doesn't want me to watch AC. ;P That aside, I've started playing Wild Arms, since I never played it, and cugami's Wild Arms 1 & 2 games happen to be with me. Yey for pixelized art. Cecilia's sprite dances after every battle, I find it really cute so I end up watching it a lot. XD

Playing old games make me realize just how much the analog stick has spoiled me. I can never play for too long because I feel like I'm straining my hand when using the directional buttons. This almost makes me consider replaying Chrono Trigger on the SNES sim instead of playing the PS1 version on the console.

4. Has anyone seen the newest trailer for Xenosaga III? I wasn't really that excited about the game before, but omfgabel. ;_; Now I want it very badly.

5. There's a group actually subbing [Tonde Boorin] (Or Tonde Buurin? Heck, I know it as Super Boink! lol. :P). <3 I never saw the ending of this series, now I can! I hope they finish subbing it.

6. I never have the patience to sit down and actually write a long post about a particular topic, so what happens is that during the course of a week (or more), whenever something comes up that I actually want to talk about, I'll open my semagic client and write it down. If the post is too short, I won't post it and then I'll wait for the next time I have something else I want to say. Sometimes, I will delete the entire thing and not post at all, sometimes, like right now, I will decide to post it. Hence, this post actually took me a week and a half to write. XD

babble nobody would care about becuase they're all reading HPB6

[ 1 ] I had churros with nummy hot chocolate dip, a cup of rich cocoa sprinkled with cinnammon, and a glass of cold mocha frappucino in the space of an hour the other night. That was more than 48 hours ago, my stomach is still recovering. >.< The site of food is enough to make my tummy want to cry. I am hungry. This actually happens nearly every time I have a frap, but I suppose the chocolate made it worst. I can be stubborn like that.

My friend insisted that we play the Crash & Quick arcade game, which is basically a quick draw game with four stages wherein you try to get the fastest time in shooting down all the targets. I didn't want to, but he insisted and dared to see if I could beat him. *eyebrow* I beat him at 6.38 seconds, which isn't actually my fastest time because I used to play this game a lot at Glorietta and my fastest time was 4.3, but only after I'd spent a small fortune playing it. See, I don't like playing at the arcade, but give me a nice shooting game and I can spend money and time playing it. Others find this surprising, as when it comes to console or PC games, I dislike shooting games like Counterstrike, Halo, etc.

[ 2 ] For some reason So I've been getting messages via IMs and SMS asking whether I'd gotten my HP book yet and/or to tell me they'd gotten theirs already. The answer is no. I don't buy the books, but I do read my sister's copy (she got her book yesterday). When HP book 5 came out previously, I was forced to read through the book rather quickly because my cousin shoved it at me when I wasn't even looking to borrow it. I thought it impolite to refuse.

It will probably be a while before I even start reading book 6, as I'm in the middle of reading something else. This is just a heads up so that people stop asking and I can stop getting, 'Oh's and 'Why not?'s cause I hate to trample on people's enthusiasm. It completely kills the conversation. :P Though I don't think I should be worrying about this now, as people seem to simply not be going online anymore. *eyebrows at only 9 people online on her buddylist*

[ 3 ] I've lined up all the unfinished games I have on the backburner and refuse to start a new game before I go through the whole list. Which means I've picked up .hack//mutation again and will consider the entire series as one game. My list consists of the following:

1. .hack series
2. Kingdom Hearts (>.<)
3: Star Ocean 3 'Til the End of Time (optional dungeons)
4. Xenosaga II (optional dungeons)
5. Shining Tears
6. Arc the Lad: End of Darkness (ungh.)

Will be playing SMT: Nocturne (not finished), my second playthrough of Digital Devil Saga (to get to Hitoshura) and the nth playthrough of Demento (to finish the movies list) to keep me sane while doing this. Although it's only Kingdom Hearts and Arc the Lad which i'm not looking forward to playing at all anyway.

I keep forgetting to buy a 36mb memory card. =/ I have 650kb left on my current one.

Speaking of memory space, I wish there was a way for game companies to make clear game saves smaller. I have a ton of them which I don't want to delete, so they're just sitting there taking up space. I am boggled by the 33kb save slots that the Xenosaga game takes up. I wish all games took up that much.

[ 4 ] I have been sucked into Gaia Online. "WTF?!" you say. Yea, I can't believe it either. -_- Well, I can fish, and that's all that matters. ^____^ And I can make gold.

You know it's time to start burning anime episodes to CD when your 80gb hardrive only has 857mb of free space left.

(And this is why I used to have three separate physical drives... until the second one burnt out.)

waargh!

so booored! Give me something to do. Entertain me. Write me stories. Draw me chibi pics. Tell me how your day was. Tell me what I've been missing since I stopped paying attention to LJ three months ago. Pimp me a series. Pimp a game to me. Music. Tell me what you want me to upload next. Demand icons (which will take me forever to make). Demand journal banners. Anything? ;_;

how many gamers do I have on my list?

Just out of curiousity, since this has always been a source of veryveryvery slight angst for me. How many people on my friends list are gamers? (Or even those that aren't but who read my blog anyway.)

I haven't really had time to play at all in the past few months (year/s?) so I leech a lot of gaming satisfaction by reading about it from others, except if you play games I don't want to be spoiled for of course (like Suikoden 3 or Xenosaga). This isn't a demand to tell you to start talking about your gaming, but I'm just really curious to know who plays. You don't have to play a lot, even if you've played only a handful of games in your life (then I'll have to nag you to play more! XD) then I still want to know.

And if you are, what game are you playing currently? Or if you're not playing anything, what was the last game you played? And if you have a favorite, which one is it?

This still includes people I know who play, just because I'd want to know what you're favorite game is or what game you're currently playing. (Except if you're [info]cugami, who sucks and is probably still stuck playing MUD. :P And if you're [info]luminata has your SoD game arrived yet?)

puttering about

:: Gah! Damn you, Mura. I had utterly no intentions of downloading 127, but now I must for the Akutsu and Taichi cuteness. =/ Or I can just wait for the subs, since I'll be downloading them anyway for the sake of completing the series.

:: The Gokusen anime ends on episode 13. I would complain, but I suppose with the new season starting and all the new titles coming out, I should be thankful that so many of the series' I follow are ending.

:: Monster preview up. For people who do not know anything about the series, I can't exactly say the preview would help make others want to see it.

:: Have watched more of Area 88 and Gash Bell. More thoughts on this later. [info]soubiless and [info]thistle_chaser talking about Heatguy J has made me want to rewatch the series (of what episodes I have). So watch it again I shall. Claire! ♥

Or I'll probably skip to episode 9. Because I love episode 9. ^_^ And episode 6, because it has one of my favorite Claire scenes so far. <3 And uhm... I'm almost fangirling again. Oh no! say the people who had to go through this the first time around. Nyah. :P

Edit: Oops. That would be episode 8, not 9. My bad.

Useless trivia about me picked up while I was going through old posts. )

While reading through my backlog...

(yes, I was backlogged again. 7 days' worth in fact.)

♠ I am putting this link on top because [I ADORE BUCKY].

[info]lyntek you bitch. You'd better be able to rec me some good Kurama/Yusuke fics or YOU ARE SO DEAD. I'm not about to go wading through a fandom I haven't been in for god knows how many years when I'm pretty sure it's still littered silly with Kurama/Hiei fics I do.not.want.to.see. =/ And besides, this is all your fault. I'd also settle for some Yuusuke/Hiei.

First RK, now I'm regressing back to YYH. What is this? The month for revisiting very old fandoms? >.>

♠ *sparkles* Someone make me a Karasu icon. Or a Yomi one. I do not like Karasu with blond hair, kthnx. XD

♠ Call me stupid, but it never even occured to me that people would actually like the [Keiki/Youko pair]. I've never really thought of pairings in JK, although I'd admittedly love to see some Shouryou/Enki if only Enki wasn't stuck in a 14 year old form. ;_; And of course Youko/Rakushun, because their love is so true. <3

♠ Someone convince me I'm not buying the Tenipuri Extra Remix Fan Disc just because it has 4 full seconds of sparkly Gakuto in it. *bangs head on the wall*

♠ I figure if I wrote a different Tenipuri crack pairing fic for every time someone on LJ blames me for something, anything, I'd have covered all possible TeniPuri pairings by now. So for the record... *raspberries all of you* Pimpage is fun.

♠ [The Parody of the Christ.] Link gacked from [info]thistle_chaser. Amusing as heck.

♠ The only FMA fics I enjoy are gen fics. I enjoy FMA yaoi fanart, but yaoi fics are such a hurdle to get through in this fandom. Not because they're bad, but because I don't really see the slash in this series (even if I hunt down FMA yaoi art sites by the dozen. :P). I think the only slash fics I'd pounce on are ones that involve Envy, because we all know Envy is a manipulative pervert.

♠ I am behind in every single anime series I'm following. Except maybe PoT and Naruto. Naruto if only because I follow the manga (w/c I'm 4 chapters behind in). This means I can't read half of the entries posted on said series' when they involve episodes/chapters I haven't seen/read. I am wondering why it's still taking forever to get through this backlog. I've been at it for the past 4 days (and of course it just keeps adding each day).

♠ Proving that I'm not the only nutcase in the world. [info]kitsune_jade does a [Prince of Tennis meets Hikaru no Go family tree].

♠ Why is Ace/Sanji/Zoro (or any variations of this pairing) so popular? I want my Zoro/Luffy!

♠ If someone can rec me some good Neji/Naruto fic I will love you!

♠ I don't like Takigawa Eiji, but for those on my friends list who do, you might want to [check these pictures out]. This includes 1oF people who know nothing about TeniPuri but who squeed over TakiEiji (the Tezuka actor, you guys) in the musical.

♠ *waves to [info]kitsune_jade* Oi oi! You remember your crack pairing which you thought you'd never get to see? [White, Yukimura+Tezuka] Haven't read it yet, but it's a fic. Now why couldn't I have the same luck with my crack pairs. =/

♠ My constant backlog is probably a sign that I should cut down on my friends list... considerably. Which means you should all start posting boring shit so I can take you off my friends list, because there's really nobody I'd want to take off at the moment.

randomness while I read through my flist

♠ I have new OTP icon courtesy of [info]daeas! *loves* The keyword for the icon reads (oshigaku) momogaku OTP! You figure it out. ;P

♠ To fellow IRC users. This might prove useful to some of you. [IRC migration list] for the channels that were in mircx before the server went down. It's not complete and I'm not sure if it gets updated whenever temp channels move out to a permanent server. If a channel you're looking for isn't on the list or isn't where it's said to be, checking out the group's site would be best. The list also has links to other sites containing info on other channels.

Geh. Scattered again, I hate being connected to a slew of servers in IRC. Clutters it up.

♠ I only got to see the scans that [info]dilettantka had up of 213 now. Was rather surprised to see more shots of Renji with his eyes open. *fangirls* And it's been awhile since I've done this... *molests Atobe* That shot of him was just too damned sexy darnit. *glares at the Diva*

♠ And because memes are attractive when your flist is killing you. From [info]muzivitch.

So who actually wants to know where my online handle came from? )

♠ I am done with my backlog. (After a lot of reading and a LOT of distractions.) Kthnx. I hate all of you. *slumps on keyboard*

Teh Ultimate Crack Smexy Crossover Pair is....

Maki x Atobe

So, I come online and Tchan tells me how she's spotting similarities between SD and PoT characters. We talk about it some more, and then:

daeastchan: Atobe is like a Maki clone. :p
daeastchan: Momo reminds me of Hanamichi sometimes. ^_^
mithasarc: Atobe and Maki! *_* crossover smut fic!
daeastchan: Haha! Who will be Teh seme? XD
mithasarc: Maki of course. XD

Someone write me this pairing now. XD I hate crossovers, but I'll make an exception for this pairing. ^__^

Watch the room explode. Watching these two would be so much fun. >3

I have not read my flist for 5 days. I am doomed.

Feb. 11th, 2004

Today is a good day. ^__^ (aka boring PC stuff)

♠ My PC is all good and running perfectly again.

♠ The router is back, which means I've moved my PC back upstairs. *happy!*

♠ New harddrive, now have 200gb of storage space in total. (Will this last me? I hope so.)

♠ System is running on the new drive, but reformatting the other two harddrives shouldn't be a problem. Normally wouldn't have to reformat, but each drive happens to have an old install of WinXP on it. (Because the old Drive C crashed and I had to install my OS on the old Drive D.)

♠ C drive for my OS and documents, etc., E drive for my audio files + scanlations (also where the games will be installed, as reformatting is easiest on this drive), F drive for my videos. My OC is absolutely thrilled.

It obviously doesn't take a lot to make my day. XD Will spend the rest of the day installing programs and straightening out the mess that the crash on my system caused a few days ago. I still didn't lose anything, so it's just a matter of getting everything in order. Reconfiguring the router so I can start downloading should probably be the first thing on my list.

Rec a song for me?

Friendtest is back up! Eda, I shamelessly flunked yours. And Lyn's too. #_#

Alright people. I'm looking for any type of song, and I do mean anything. If you've got a song/artist/album you want to rec, then now's the time to do so. Preferably English ones, but I'll take to anything. ^_^

I'm getting very tired of my playlist and I'd just like new songs to listen to. Help?

ramblings while waiting for Stand Alone Complex to come on

I had a Tezuka/Momo dream last night. I woke up and the first thing that came to mind was, "Why Tezuka?" And then I promptly forgot about it for the rest of the day.

Apparently, yahoo's astrology section is a farce! They made me think that Marui was a Taurus for being born on April 20, which he isn't. Marui's an Aries baby. No wonder he's like that! ;P And for the record, I'm horrible with zodiacs, but my sign also happens to be Aries, and I'm a plebe and love it when (one of) my favorite character(s) share the same sign.

Animax is killing my online time. I haven't really had time to do anything since it started broadcasting. I love that they're showing Ultra Maniac (cute shoujo damnit! I like.) and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and I'll finally get to watch the rest of Texhnolyze. And nyah! GTO and Haibane Renmei, the latter of which I never got to watch past episode one because it was licensed so quickly.

Tsujiai (Ultra Maniac) is voiced by Chiba Susumu. Reason enough to watch the series? It's a definite plus, but the light fluff is enough to make me want to watch it anyway.

!#%#$@! Why are they replaying Texhnolyze first? GitS! I won't be able to wait up for it at this rate. I'm sleepy and I'm told they did a double episode for Texhnolyze.

Err. I had some wibbling to do, but I will do that when I wake up.

So what's YOUR most embarrassing fandom experience?

So I figure Tin will probably give me a good whacking the next time she sees me for linking this, but I figure one should not let such a good story go to waste.

A long time ago (well not really, just 6 years) when I was a newbie to the anime online community (yea, we were all n00bs once, weren't we?), I learned the wonders of what was called fanfiction. While YYH was the first fandom I was ever in, the first ever series I wrote fic for was B't X. The B't X fandom was nonexistent. I could write anything I wanted to without fear of being ostracized, even shameless sap. So I did. Sap by the bucketful too. They were the kind of fic you look back on now and have seizures over (heck, I have twitching fits on some of the fics I wrote two years ago). They're the kind of fics that make you think, 'Dear god, I have improved as a writer.' They also happen to be the type of fics your friends like to MST. >P

In a nutshell, Ari, M, Tin and Miao MSTed one of my fics, once a long long time ago, back when they did not know me. I wasn't supposed to find out, but I did. How? You can read all about it [here]. This happened over two years ago, but hey, it remains to be one of the most amusing things that's ever happened which I can remember.

So, when are you guys coming over next? ^____^ (dude, that evil Fuji smile is contagious)

P.S. I am also shamelessly using this post to show off my newest icon. Courtesy of FMA 13 and Lt. Hawkeye's mad dog training skillz. Learn from the best. >D

Because you people rock!

I know I haven't really shown it, but I do appreciate everyone who I have on my friends list, even if I can be very lazy and sometimes never comment on entries. Many thanks to everyone who actually read through my rambling entries, as I tend to not make sense most of the time, but you bear with me anyway. You're all the best for letting me pry a little into your lives here (thanks to everyone who answered the meme!) and for just really bothering to comment/read at all. It's always good to know someone's there to see you make a public fool of yourself. ^_~

I started writing this list in the beginning of the month, as I knew it would take me practically forever to finish, and I was right. I was planning to post it on Christmas day, but I'm a bit late. The following aren't really meant to be further words of thanks, but just reasons why I think you people rock! The list includes everyone I have on my friends list, if I have you friended, then you can click on the lj cut and find out why I stalk you. XD I've also included other people that I don't have friended, but who have me on theirs and have commented on previous entries of mine and which I've sort of gotten to know well enough in the sense that I can tell you why I think you're teh cool. ^_^

I know had less things to say about some people as compared to others, it's not because I think you rock any less, but only because I haven't really gotten to know you well enough other than the very little that I do know.

P.S. #1 I did not even bothering spellchecking this or reading it through for mistakes, so sorry if whatever I wrote for you is riddled with grammatical errors. *hides*

P.S. #2 Somehow, somewhere, this kinda morphed into a, "why I think you rock" thread, to a, "Why I think you rock and anything else I can think of to say about/to you even if it's useless fangirling over a series' thing. So yea, sorry? ^_^

P.S. #3 If I mention something and then you end up going, "WTF? What are you talking about, woman?!" then that probably means I was a dolt and somehow somehow mixed up my facts somewhere. So I'm sorry if I did that, but I'm not very good at keeping track and remembering everything about everyone on my flist. ;_;

confession time ya'll

I had fun answering this, so I'm going to post it as well. Gacked from [info]soubiless, [info]cugami and [info]caillen

I know very little about some of the people on my friends' list. Some people I know relatively well. I read your fic, adore your artworks or we have something else in common and we chat occasionally. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes spinach."

I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.

And you know, it would be really cool if everyone who has me friended and who read my blog (even if you don't have LJ) replied to this. I'd love to know more about you people, especially since I'm bad with things like this sometimes.
