Candybar Doll Maker (because I was terribly bored)

This is supposed to be Elandya, except she doesn't really look like she's 9 years old, does she? I also had to imagine how'd she'd dress in modern clothing and had to make do without the chimes in her hair, so I put that hairband thingamie on her instead. ;P

I couldn't get any other body poses, or else she'd have been clutching a bag, seeing as how she loves making them. Her hair is actually longer, and is probably more of a mess, but it was the closest hairstyle to hers. I just had to change the color because the original was a ghastly shade of almost-pink.


I also got both harddrives back. Thanks to everyone who replied to the previous post. I'm not ready to kill anything now. ;D I'm thinking I should just throw away my E drive before it crashes my other two drives along with it (although my C drive was behaving quite nicely while E and F disappeared). It's only a 40gb drive, and while I'm hardly using it at all right now, I'm still loathe to part with it, because I've no plans of getting a replacement drive if I do.

♠ Just an FYI, since I've encountered this a lot on my flist in the past week. Spoilers colored WHITE does not work if it's not behind a cut, as most people don't have their friends list colored with a white background. I certainly don't have mine in white, and I can see white text quite plainly thankyouverymuch. If you really want to save your flist from spoilers not placed behind the cut then this is how you do it. Same background color, same text color. Serves its purpose on any flist's background.

♠ Thasis bumped into Baladon today and they talked for a bit before going their separate ways. Thasis no longer fanboys over taurloks, (I think meeting Nyec ruined his perception of taurloks forever. *snicker*) but seeing as Baladon was one of the first taurloks he met... He was incredibly cheerful for the rest of the day afterwards. He has yet to meet Raze again (well, he has, but I always just zip past him and don't bother stopping. ;P), because there's still the problem of Thasis having said that he would spar with Raze when he got stronger. (Back when he was young, and cheerful and fanboying over taurloks and making me want to dig a hole and die.)

That aside, I always had this log edited of the time Thasis made Temerius introduce him to Baladon, but I never bothered to post it. So I'm posting it now.

I can't decide between a druid class or a shifter class. I really want to try enchanter too, since I stopped playing Ysrel, but Audris is already one and so will ist's new catboy. So having stuff enchanted shouldn't be a problem. >3 Atanos is a druid, so I've seen what they can do, more or less. I know I'd love playing the class, but I'm just really curious about what shifters can do. ;_;

... Scratch that. Both Mich and Rage are edging me on to get a druid. So druid it is. MM! I want to meet your necromancer. *sparkles*

He got your silver. :P Beer Boy now only owes him 730 silver pieces. ;D I'd have gotten your stuff to keep, but Thasis couldn't carry that much weight in addition to the stuff he already has. Besides, I might not be on when you log on next. Although the thought of Kai having to go running around the shops of Seria butt naked to buy some clothes amuses me silly. *is killed*

♠ First details on Devil May Cry 3 now out. Apparently, the game takes place prior to the first game, before Dante knows of his true origin, so no devil triggers in this one I assume. Hopefully we'll get a preview trailer of the game at E3. New graphic engines are always something to look forward to. <3

Well to begin with, my mage (Thasis), istarion's ranger (Kainite - whom Thas calls Beer Boy) and cirnelle's shaman (Leiven - whom Thas calls Ruler or Flutter Lash) and another player's felisian I don't know what class (Sherokar - the player also plays Zander, one of the taurloks whom Thasis shamelessly fanboyed over) was together in a party haunting through the Goblin Village. The party had stayed put inside the village elder's hut, whom they were planning to kill, but Thasis had to sleep to recover his spell slots first.

You won't believe how many things can happen in a small goblin elder's hut. ;P First some strange punk felisian with orange hair just stood there watching us as we killed the elder. Strange character, but we shrugged it off, and she left after a while. Went around the village again and then went back to the elder's house, where Thasis went to sleep (mages do a LOT of sleeping) to recover his spell slots. When he woke up some strange man in a hood was standing there and he wouldn't bloody hell leave. Asked Mich and Rage about it and after silly stranger started threatening Sherokar, Atanos (druid) and Cheeba (cleric) gated over to where they were. After a bit, the cloaked man disappeared and Audris (enchanter) gated in. And then we (Thas, Kai, Lei and Sher) killed the village elder.

Now see here. Normally NPCs do not talk while you're fighting them. This one did, shrieked even, which was pretty much a sign that something was already up. So we finished killing the elder, they talk about it, and then you hear shouts from outside of a goblin going, "They killed the village elder!" blah blah blah. And we're like O.O. If we had any doubts about the imms (immortals - staff members who are gods/goddess'/angels/etc. in-game) having a bit of fun with us beforehand, then that just confirmed it. So anyway, lots of talking happens, a bit of panicing until Audris finally made a portal leading out of there into Seria. The moment we got to Seria you hear Uthgar laughing. >.> Stupid imm. Stupid god. No wonder my boy is neutral and has no religion. Anyway, logged off shortly after that.

♠ Other than the latest Papuwa and Gash Bell episodes, I haven't watched anything in the past two (three?) weeks, although my BTs been on and downloading as always. With Monster being the only WATCH IT OR YOU SUCK series of the season, there's really not much to keep my attention on the new season shows. Tenjou Tenge and Gantz as well is worth the mention, the latter of which I'll watch, because I never got far in the manga with that one. I got bored with Kenran Butoh Sai on the second episode, but I guess I'll try watching a bit more of it. I keep meaning to marathon Whistle, but I never feel like watching anything. >.>

♠ In mudding news, Thasis would just like to triumphantly say that he can now KILL FOXES ON HIS OWN. That is all. He's now gotten his sweet revenge at the Serian Forest after he'd gotten killed 3 times by foxes in it. >.> He'll slaughter the Goblin Village later. (Vindictive much? If motive was ever taken into consideration in this game, my mage's alignment would drop from neutral to evil in a heartbeat.) Edit: He's done slaughtering the village. He ended up standing around for an hour or so making a map of the village because he kept getting lost (and then I got lazy, so he never finished mapping).

Despite the fact that Thasis has died more times than Ysrel, he's rather smug about at least not having been mauled to death by a friggin' SKUNK. (Of course he's never gone head to head with a skunk yet either, so we'll see.) RPing with Thasis has also made me realize I can't RP with Ysrel at all, so I'll be idling his character until they purge him. I'll probably create another enchanter (with a name not borrowed from one of my existing characters this time. -_-) or probably give shifter a try, since Audris is always there to enchant useful items anyway. ;D *pets Kenken's enchanter*

That said, Thasis completely fanboys over [taurloks]. He's embarassed me twice now by doing this. With two taurloks whose players I completely don't know. Talk about wanting to melt into your seat and die. I have a log of the first one, but the second one I completely forgot to turn the logging on. Which is a shame, you could have witnessed a 15-year old boy barely fresh out of the academy telling a HUGE, muscular, waaay bigger than he is taurlok (he was a cleric I believe, not a warrior, but with that race, it doesn't make much of a difference) that he'd get stronger and they can SPAR and he'd match him in a fair fight. >.> *dies* He should probably get ready to get mauled when the time comes.

Nearly 12 hours straight (I slept for 3 hours between) during my first time playing the CoM MUD game. Am playing an Elysiriyun enchanter. I wanted a battlemage, but the Elysiriyu apparently cannot become battlemages. Anyhow, my character is still meandering around inside the academy until I reach level 6. 12 hours of playing and I'm only on level 3. XD Managed to get a decent amount of money at least. Enough so I can try to go fishing and then maybe try if the tavern will let me take a gander at bartending (there's a bartending skill. How cool is that?).

So anyway, the amount of silver I had got too heavy for me to carry anything else so I needed to go to a bank and deposit them, but there's no bank in the acad. Mich tells me to go to the city of Lords in Alandis. So I go to the docks, but the first boat I see heads to the West of Alandis, I had no idea what this meant, but took the boat I did.

Now what they don't actually tell you about the West boat, is that it drops you in the middle of fucking nowhere. Literally. So I find myself on the West Road. I head east... and east... and east... and east. It goes on forever. It rained on me twice. My enchanter had to go sleep on the road because he got so exhausted (I used up my moves) so he had to rest. Sometimes the road branches off to the south or north into the forest. I tried this a few times, but when even a porcupine can kick your sorry dainty elysiriyun ass, then you know to stick to the road until you catch sight of a city.

Finally, finally I catch sight of a city. Lords? Hell no! I somehow ended up aaall the way in Seria while looking for Lords. It's a bigger city than Lords though, so it was bound to have a bank. So I headed towards Seria. And promptly get lost once I got inside the city walls.

Fret fret. How to find a bank in a city? Simple. You go wandering around and hope you get lucky. So wander around I did. Made it all the way to the town center, where I overhear two other players talking. One of them glances in my direction, I think about asking them where the bank is, but think better off it and exit east. I wander around some more, until OMG I FIND A MAP SHOP! *LUFF!* So I enter and buy a map of Seria. When I look in my inventory I find that I now have two maps. Why? Seria, by and by, happens to be my character's hometown. And of course I remember all too late that since he's from Seria, he already had a map of the city from the very beginning. -_-

So I look at the map. Seeing as this is a MUD game and everything is played in text, the map of course is in ASCII. It confuses the hell out of me. At around this time, Mich comes back on in AIM and asks me where I am (I'd previously messaged her saying I was lost). I told her I was in Seria. She was like, "I'm in the middle of an RP at the center of the city, so I can't go there," and I'm like, "That was you?!" So apparently, her warrior was one of the two people I saw talking in the center of town and ignored. XD

Now Kenken has a high level enchanter who can use portals, so Mich asks him to make her look for my character. So my character is standing in the middle of the map store still trying to make ends meet of the map when a much too cheerful Hylsiriyun enchantress gates in. Since it's a rule in the game that no matter if the players know each other IRL, you can't just assume that your characters know each other, we make small talk, introductions are exchanged, before Kenken's enchantress proceeds to practically lead mine by the hand across the streets and to the bank.

I deposit all my silver in the bank (because this means it'll allow me to carry even more when I go back to the acad) only to find out that they charge you tax. *outrage!* Mich proceeds to tell me that some cities charge higher tax than some, Seria's is relatively low, while Lords' is high. I whack her for telling me to go to the Lords bank. Getting lost has its advantages. ;D

From there on I just made my way back through the city, back the way I came and took the ship back to the acad. Then I logged out.
