Guess who's been frolicking in y!japan auctions again. ^_^

There are Last Exile trading cards. Why did I not know about this sooner? It's possible Touma mentioned this, I just don't remember. I have no idea how to get them besides. The trading card set are mostly just screenshots from the series, but as per usual, the SP cards are worth a look.

It says filegraphy on the images, although I've no idea what they are. Just character portraits I'm assuming. Anyone know what they actually are? ( Filegraphies )

The Last Exile DVD and CD covers always have gorgeous art. I wish they'd come out with an LE artbook with illustrations from the artist. These are the covers from the Japanese DVD releases, which I'm assuming Pioneer will also be using for the NA release, as they used the same cover for the first DVD. I especially like the Al cover and the one with Alex and Vincent. ( DVD covers )

Never ever again am I going to put off reading my friends list when I don't have to (rd: when I actually have time to read it). -_- I now have to go back 350. I always seem to be trying to get through backlogs these days. And of course because of this, I'm going to put off reading it yet again. Although I did skim to try to catch on with anyone who's tried to get in touch with me via LJ in the past few days. Have already replied (comments or e-mail) to all of them, so if I missed anyone and it's important, just poke me please. ;_; I'm not ignoring you. It's just that I've been ignoring my e-mail and my LJ.

I don't suppose the boys were at all traumatized at the sight of nekkid!chibi Atobe hanging on the wall. And you all already know how much I adore Gakuto, so, yea. Poor Shishido. And therein is the perfect example of why you should never fall asleep in the company of other Hyotei regulars.


This is for sofar and caillen, whom I promised I'd take a picture of the Al figure included in the Last Exile collector's edition boxset. It's a really cute figure, the pics are a bit fuzzy though, as I didn't realize the digicam's settings had been changed until after I transferred the photos to my PC and put the Al figure back in the box.

P.S. I have HUGE amounts of fangirling over TeniMyu. Luckily for all of you, all my fangirling over it has been isolated towards caillen and geilheit. All I've got to say is that the best singers are definitely Moriyama Eiji (Momo) and Abe Yoshitsugu (Taka-san), and of course Kimeru (Fuji). I cringe at hearing Aoyama Sota (Inui) sing sometimes, but I love him anyway. XD XD I go into little fits of fangirling whenever I see Momo, Taka or Inui on stage. Oh what the heck, I fangirled the whole way through.

All things considered, it was a good way to end the series, if it hadn't been for a thing or two, I probably wouldn't have any complaints at all. I might have more thoughts on it once the subs come out.

I'm in rant mode now. I don't explain anything, so you won't understand a thing I'm ranting about unless if you've seen the episode.

Last Exile 23 has completely and utterly broken my heart.

No caps, and no comments on the episode at all. I know people on my friends list who'll want to spoil themselves, and I refuse to spoil anyone on this.

I find it's more convenient for me to keep track of active media posts, and should be equally convenient to others as well. The Prince of Tennis songs are still on the server, but they'll be going down soon. So this is your last chance to grab them if you haven't already.

Hmm. I was planning to put up reactions to the latest Naruto and TeniPuri manga chapters, but nevermind those. They are unimportant in the wake of Last Exile 19, where the episode isn't about Dio, but where I think it's all about Dio anyway.

Hey! Why is Alex always the one in the Last Exile CD covers? o_O Last Exile OST 2 comes out September 3. The songs will once again be performed by Dolce Triade, whom I absolutely worship after the first OST. Wait, is that Alex in the CD cover or is that Claus? The expression is screaming Alex Lowe, but the clothes make me think Claus. Vocals are still being performed by Okino Shuntaro and Hitomi Kurioshi.

Before anything else. If I owe you anything. Email reply, comment replies, a fic beta, etc. Then I should get back to you this weekend. (Yes, I finally have time. I will make use of my two days free, darn it.) Once Monday comes around and I haven't replied/sent you anything, that means I never got it/completely forgot about it/no longer have it.

You know, the Last Exile soundtrack is all about nostalgia, I tell you. It is against me! But gods I love it. It's reminded me of rainy nights and summer and visits long forgotten. It's also had me reminiscing in just about a dozen videogames which I haven't played in ages. Which reminds me that I haven't touched a game controller in a long time and now I want to, but I have enough non-work related stuff to catch up on as it is.

I'm almost tempted to put up the entire album for download. I don't know how many times I've paused in what I'm doing because of this soundtrack. I've listened to this soundtrack at random since I got it, but this is the first time I'm actually listening to the entire album.. and waaah!

I will now pimp the Last Exile soundtrack to you all as much as the series, because they're both something nobody should miss.

PS. If I promised to upload any mp3s for anyone, please remind me? I fear I'll probably forget since I'll be uploading mostly Last Exile and Prince of Tennis songs.

Just a brief post about Last Exile 15, better known as the episode where everyone is after Claus. MY Claus. Although why Sophia did what she did when she's really secretly wanting after Alex anyway is beyond me.

Screencaps tomorrow when I have time. I should really stop taking screencaps though, they're eating up server space.

I really like Lavi with Moran. I hope Lavi doesn't pine after Claus. =/ (I hope Claus realizes he's as gay as Dio, but the poor boy is clueless about everything.)

Well, I made the screencaps because I was busy fangirling over Last Exile while chatting with her in AIM, but then her server booted her out and wouldn't let her back in. So I'm posting this here. And everyone should share the Last Exile love as much as the Juuni Kokki love.

Claus Valca & Alistia Agrew - I think Alistia's much too in love with Tatiana for me to even consider this pair, but since everything Claus does just about gets me smitten, I took a cap of this scene.

Lavi Hed & Moran Shetland - Uhm.. pair! ^_^ I was just tickled to see the two of them together.

Alvis Hamilton - I think she's the most adorable little girl I've ever seen in anime. It's possible that I'm being very biased, but this particular scene with Lavi's old stuffed sheep did me in.

Alex Lowe - Captain of the Silvana. I would probably have a thing for Alex and Claus if it weren't for Dio.

Dio Elaclaire - Same screencap I used to make my current icon. He's just a little bit freaky and I alternate between being amused and being very amused. :P He also has quite the interest in Claus. Always a good thing. XD

I've also figured out why I ended up making a Dio icon before a Claus icon. Cause we both share the same obsession for him. :P I really need to pimp this series properly next time.
